With over 26 years of experience, he’s crafted dishes for dignitaries and high-profile venues like 10 Downing Street and the Ambani Residency, yet he’ll tell you his favourite part is still watching a guest take that first bite, and smile.

While Chef Mohan dreams up each dish, the rest of our team works quietly behind the scenes to make it all happen, from prepping ingredients to planning logistics, making sure every detail stays organised, compliant with strict food hygiene and safety standards, and served fresh, on time, and with care. You won’t see every pair of hands at work, but you will taste the result: a smooth, stress-free experience that lets you enjoy your day while we handle the rest.
